About Me

Qian Chen is currently a Ph.D. student at The Chinese University of Hong Kong, Shenzhen (CUHK-Shenzhen), under the supervision of Prof. Yaojing Zhang.

Previously, he served as a Laser Designer at the China Academy of Engineering Physics (CAEP). He received his M.S. degree from Shanghai Jiao Tong University in 2024, advised by Prof. Jiangang Lu, and his B.E. degree from Beijing Institute of Technology in 2021.

Research Interests

His current research focuses on silicon-based optoelectronic devices and their applications in:
